Lynn Bryant - Occupational Therapist and Counsellor

Lynn has a wide understanding of the challenges faced by individuals who have experienced emotional difficulties when dealing with issues of either a physical or psychological nature. The programme was designed to provide a solution to a problem encountered when working with severely disabled young people. There was no suitable way for them to articulate exactly how they felt, despite using an augmentative communication device.

The programme was designed to provide a solution to a problem encountered when working with severly disabled young people, and became the subject of Lynn's dissertation in 2003

In 2004 the programme Degrees of Emotion was entered in the University of Auckland’s SPARC 40K entrepreneurial challenge; the programme was judged and included in the ten finalists from over 60 teams.

Megan Adams - Analyst and Project Manager

Megan has 10 years experience in I.T .with trade qualifications in business and systems analysis, solution design, project management and software testing and implementation. Megan also has significant commercial experience including vendor management and contract negotiation.

Her primary role in this company is to ensure that the functional requirements are translated into an efficient application that is both powerful and easy to use. Her responsibilities also includes ongoing management and enhancements to the tool.
